Richard Mancuso
Richard Mancuso has been multi-tasking as a business analyst, programmer and project
manager for most of his 20 year career. Since 2006, he has offered these skills to
small businesses through his consulting firm, Blackland Data Management.
From 1999 to 2006, he worked for TradeWeb as the Director of MIS where he created
SQL databases, Reports and Web Sites, most notably the Client Relationship Management
system. Before moving to TradeWeb in 1999, Richard worked for four years at
Barclays Capital developing in-house systems for the Derivatives business. Prior to that
he worked on a marketing survey of Latin America and Asia at Lehman Brothers where
he was responsible for building the database. This experience launched him into his current
career as a programmer and business analyst. Before Lehman, he worked at Citibank
in Paris for the Group Head of Financial Institutions building budgets and conducting
marketing studies.
Richard received his BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from
Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. Additionally, he minored in French
and achieved a level of fluency while working in Paris the summer between his junior and
senior years. He was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended the Westminster Schools.
